Role Summary
This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in production equipment maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and high-speed equipment repair. You will be responsible for maintaining critical production systems to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability, performing corrective and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting hardware issues, and supporting production continuity. This role directly impacts operational efficiency, production uptime, and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational education preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Proven proficiency in maintaining and repairing high-speed production equipment
- Experience installing and troubleshooting electrical wiring, controls, and computer hardware related to production equipment
- Knowledge of maintenance tracking systems such as FIIX or similar CMMS platforms
- Strong understanding of OSHA and EPA compliance requirements
Preferred Skills
- Vendor/equipment repair certification for insertion platforms such as Blue Crest, Bowe, or Buhrs
- Experience supporting file-based servers and archival storage/retrieval systems
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced production environments
Work Shift Options
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Off-Peak) / 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Peak)
- Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Off-Peak) / 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Peak)
