Control Engineer

🚨 Hiring: Senior Controls Engineer

📍 Location: Albuquerque, NM — Onsite

💰 Salary: $110K–$130K/year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from design through implementation, testing, and commissioning.
• Develop and program PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, and RTU systems.
• Work directly with customers and provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians.
• Develop control architectures, electrical schematics, system documentation, and industrial networks.
• Support project planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and projects up to $1M.
• Troubleshoot field devices and control systems and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Rockwell, Siemens, or Modicon PLCs.
• Experience with CIMPLICITY, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, iFIX, ICONICS, or similar HMI/SCADA platforms.
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV or similar DCS.
• Knowledge of SQL, .NET, Power BI, Grafana, APIs.
• Experience with EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, and industrial networking.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, control panels, 480VAC power distribution, and NEC.
• Rockwell and CIMPLICITY experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
