Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef

Sawtooth Kitchen in downtown Hanover, NH is hiring for a lead line cook/ sous chef. We are a from-scratch seasonal American comfort food restaurant in a revamped basement space that is also a live music venue with something going on most days of the week. We are looking for someone for 2pm-10pm Tuesday-Thursday and 3pm-11PM Friday and Saturday. Your responsibilities would include closing and cleaning the line after service, working the line during dinner and prepping food for use in the restaurant.
