The Busser supports service execution by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and flow throughout the dining room. This role plays a key part in ensuring tables are properly set, cleared, and reset in alignment with service pacing, allowing servers to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience reflecting a commitment to quality, comfort, and approachable hospitality.
Your Responsibilities
Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and accurately in coordination with service flow and pacing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces throughout service.
Support Servers with table maintenance and water service.
Monitor table readiness and communicate clearly with the service team to support efficient turnover.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of floors, chairs, and surrounding areas during and after service.
Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Uphold service standards, presentation, and hospitality expectations at all times.
Your Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred, but not required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a service team.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
