KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end delivery of change management workstreams for complex client engagements, serving as the primary day-to-day lead on projects
• Own project planning, workplan development, and coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
• Partner with senior team members on overall client strategy while independently driving execution and managing day-to-day client interactions
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, impact assessments, and organizational readiness analyses to inform change strategies
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies
• Identify risks and areas of resistance, and proactively drive mitigation strategies across stakeholder groups
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and working sessions with confidence and structure
• Create clear, compelling, and client-ready deliverables, including presentations, reports, and communication materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (workplace strategy, project management, brokerage) to align change management with broader project goals
• Support business development efforts through proposal development, research, and preparation of client presentations
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related consulting work
• Proven ability to independently lead workstreams or projects within large-scale change initiatives
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and confidence facilitating client discussions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop structured, polished, client-ready materials
• Ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable plans
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable for driving work forward
• Collaborative and comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams
• Prosci or CCMP certification preferred
• Experience in real estate, workplace strategy, Human Resources or professional services environments is a plus
