DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Position Title: Director of Program and Change Management
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
Location: Remote
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Program and Change Management to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives, technology deployments, and cross-functional projects. This position is critical to our organization's transformation, ensuring that initiatives are executed effectively, resources are optimized, business disruption is minimized, and target outcomes are realized.
The Director will ensure adequate stakeholder expectations, communications and change readiness, as well as leadership accountability for project execution and benefits realization. A key focus of many strategic initiatives is the standardization of operations and systems, which will require significant senior leadership focus and commitment. This individual will provide critical leverage to help senior leadership in the following key areas:
- Change Management
- Project Management
- Business Analysis
- Vendor Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide programs and projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery, including mitigating project risks, managing dependencies and resolving execution issues
- Develop and lead change management strategy, driving communication, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational changes in collaboration with business and function leaders
- Implement project management best practices, including processes, tools, KPIs and reporting practices across teams. Facilitate project governance meetings and ensuring successful execution and benefit realization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, justify and launch new projects, including developing business cases, defining business/technical requirements, evaluating vendor solutions, implementing project governance, etc.
- Enable effective integration of new and existing systems, processes, and teams as the organization evolves
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in program, project and change management
- Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills in a dynamic or transforming organization
- Strong background in overseeing complex, cross-functional project portfolios
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to implement and scale standardized project management tools and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on execution and business results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Wealth Management industry, especially Independent RIA channel
- Experience with Wealth Management related platforms and tools
- Prior operations/tech consulting experience
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary range $120,000 – $150,000 (negotiable based on years of experience and qualifications) plus discretionary annual bonus
