Title: Director, Markets Transformation & Change Management

Base Salary: $170,000 – $225,000 Bonus

Our client, a globally recognized financial institution with a strong footprint across capital markets, is hiring a Director to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within its Markets business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving critical change across sales & trading functions while partnering closely with senior stakeholders. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact programs with enterprise-wide visibility and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs focused on Markets (sales & trading) businesses
- Define program scope, timelines, resourcing, and governance structures to ensure successful execution
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business, technology, and infrastructure teams to align on target state and priorities
- Establish and manage a centralized transformation framework, including roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols
- Provide strategic input into program design, identifying opportunities to enhance business performance and scalability
- Drive coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives
- Monitor program progress, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies while adjusting plans as needed
- Engage and mobilize subject matter experts across the organization to support key initiatives
- Deliver clear and concise updates to senior leadership, including progress tracking, impact assessments, and key decisions
- Promote adoption of best practices across transformation efforts, including agile, lean, and process optimization methodologies
- Build strong relationships across the organization to foster collaboration and ensure long-term sustainability of program outcomes
