SAVI EHS Team – Safety Administrator (Remote)
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Base Salary Performance Bonus
At SAVI EHS, we support some of the largest construction projects across the country through Environmental, Health, and Safety staffing, recruiting, and program support services.
We’re currently seeking a Safety Administrator to support recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day operational coordination across our growing team.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone looking to grow within recruiting, operations, and the construction/EHS industry while working alongside a fast-paced nationwide team.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify candidates for multiple EHS-related roles
• Conduct resume screening and candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews with internal leadership and clients
• Support onboarding, offer coordination, and new hire logistics
• Manage candidate pipelines within Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related systems
• Assist with scheduling, time tracking setup, and field coordination
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and operational support needs
• Maintain organized and accurate CRM/recruiting system data
• Provide administrative and operational support to leadership
• Occasionally assist with company events and site visits
Qualifications
• 3 years of administrative, recruiting, staffing, or operations support experience
• Construction or EHS industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with reporting, scheduling, and document control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with Zoho, LinkedIn Recruiter, Procore, or similar platforms preferred
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• OSHA 30 preferred
