Construction Administrator
Compensation: $32.50 - $35.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support project operations, field personnel, and management teams. This position plays a critical role in maintaining project documentation, coordinating communications, supporting onboarding and compliance efforts, and ensuring the efficient operation of the project office.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day office and project administration activities.
- Provide exceptional communication support by answering phones, directing calls, and managing email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, orientations, training sessions, and appointments for project staff and management.
- Maintain project records, reports, training documentation, certifications, and compliance files.
- Utilize timekeeping and workforce management systems to track employee hours, project staffing, and training records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and project-related documentation as needed.
- Support onboarding, badging, and site access requirements for employees and visitors.
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering of materials and equipment as necessary.
- Welcome and assist visitors while ensuring compliance with site access and safety requirements.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, superintendents, safety personnel, and executive leadership.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with payroll, timesheet collection, employee rosters, and project reporting.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction administration, project administration, safety administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Experience with timekeeping, workforce management, or payroll systems.
- Experience using Procore, HammerTech, Autodesk Build, or similar construction management platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with construction documentation, compliance tracking, and project reporting.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
