Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for staff and events
- Handle vendor management, including invoicing, payments, and relationship building
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar software
- Manage payroll processing and human resources functions such as employee records and benefits administration
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Coordinate event planning and logistical arrangements for company functions or meetings
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training & development opportunities
- Ensure filing systems are organized and up-to-date, including medical office management if applicable
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members through phone etiquette and effective correspondence
Skills
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
