What You'll Do
- Run kitchen production and prep
- Develop and execute menu items and daily specials
- Manage inventory, food costing, and sanitation
- Oversee staff scheduling and basic HR support
- Assist with front-of-house when needed
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in high-volume kitchens
- Strong culinary skills, especially in French cuisine
- Leadership experience
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Pay & Schedule
- $20–$30/hr DOE
