Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary range: $65,000 base salary plus bonus

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. If you're a recent college graduate and have some prior sales experience, this is an incredible opportunity to join a high-growth environment with clear upward mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and engage inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, and social platforms
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads consistently
- Schedule product demos and support Account Executives with deal progression
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve lead quality and messaging
- Achieve and exceed monthly pipeline goals and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, competitive, and coachable mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior healthcare, or tech sales experience is a plus
