Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative at Regenesis is a pivotal role designed to support Reprieve Consultants in driving customer conversions and expanding our client base. This position focuses on proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective communication to facilitate the conversion of customers. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and passionate about contributing to both individual and team sales goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Source, qualify, and nurture leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online engagement to create a robust pipeline of conversion customers for Reprieve Consultants.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Reprieve Consultants to understand client needs, support conversion strategies, and ensure seamless communication throughout the conversion process.
- Patient Engagement: Initiate contact with patients to address concerns and answer questions to build trust and move leads toward conversion.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, update lead status, and track progress using the company?s CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Execute timely follow-up communications with customers, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed and that patients remain engaged.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to sales management and Reprieve Consultants on conversion metrics, pipeline status, and key insights.
- Sales Support: Assist Reprieve Consultants with patient coordination efforts such as screening patient reports, calling patients and clinicians, and information gathering.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and sales processes, sharing feedback and best practices with the team.
