Duties
- Office Assistant responsibilities as assigned
- Handling inquiries and Calendar updates
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration
- Support calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and events
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times
Skills
- Hospitality background preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as proofreading, filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Personal assistant experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided on specific duties.
