The Fourteenth Circuit Solicitor's Office is seeking a fulltime administrative assistant with at least two years administrative experience to work in its headquarters in Okatie, S.C., and in its satellite offices as necessary. We are looking for a reliable, professional person with excellent customer-service and telephone skills, who is proficient with a computer and able to multi-task. We offer a predictable work schedule and state benefits. Must have a valid South Carolina drivers' license, reliable transportation and a clean criminal record.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Communication
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with a polite and professional tone.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general inquiries.
Clerical & Documentation Support
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately stored and easily retrievable.
- Perform data entry, update databases, and prepare regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle and safeguard confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is fully stocked.
