Requirements Vary By Role, But Generally Include

• Ability to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and working outdoors
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to meet various employment requirements including but not limited to:
• Criminal background check
• Drug and alcohol screening
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Fitness-for-duty assessment to ensure that candidates can safely perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to receive and maintain site access credentials or badges per site-requirements
• Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain TWIC card per site-requirements
• Not all positions or sites require every item listed; however, failure to meet applicable site access or safety requirements may impact eligibility for certain roles.
• Job duties, schedules, and pay may vary by position and will be discussed with qualified candidates.
  

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an industrial, refinery, chemical plant, or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Experience following strict safety rules and working in safety‑sensitive environments is a plus

Safety is a top priority at all work locations. Employees must be able to meet site access and safety requirements, which may vary by customer and location and may include some or all of the following:

• Compliance with all site safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Completion of site‑specific safety training and orientations
