Associate (Bankruptcy and Restructuring)

Saul Ewing is seeking a highly qualified Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Debtor (in and out of court) and creditors’ committee representation experience is strongly preferred. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are required. Must be admitted to practice in California. The anticipated pay range for this role is $195,000 - $215,000.
