Responsibilities:
Supervise all cleaning, disinfecting, laundry, and restocking duties
Manage housekeeping and laundry staff; foster a positive work environment
Implement cleaning standards and protocols for infection control in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Manage inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies
Qualifications:
Excellent housekeeping and laundry service skills with minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role
Knowledge of healthcare cleaning and infection control standards
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of inventory and budget management
