Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing department to provide consistent high-quality care
- Mentor and support RN's, LPN's, and nursing assistants
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident centered care
- Build strong relationships with resident's families and staff
Qualifications:
- Current Mass. RN License
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices regulations and compliance
- Experience as ADNS or Unit Manager preferred
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and retain staff
- Commitment to kindness teamwork and clinical excellence
