- Supervise all cleaning, disinfecting, laundry, and restocking duties
- Manage housekeeping and laundry staff; foster a positive work environment
- Implement cleaning standards and protocols for infection control in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies
- Excellent housekeeping and laundry service skills with minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of healthcare cleaning and infection control standards
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of inventory and budget management
