Gather and document integration/API requirements, data flows, mappings, and interface specifications.
Maintain the enterprise integration catalog and API inventory.
Coordinate releases, dependencies, testing cycles, and UAT efforts.
Document SLAs, data contracts, operational expectations, and change requests.
Maintain traceability for requirements and support change control processes.
Support communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
