Processing Associate

The Processing Associate 1 is an entry level role focused on supporting production operations through labeling, packaging, and maintaining a clean work environment. This position will perform foundational tasks while learning SOPs and quality standards within the processing department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Follow SOPs and GMP guidelines for labeling, packaging, and handling of cannabis products.

· Accurately apply compliance labels to a variety of products.

· Assemble and label exit bags and outer packaging.

· Package flower, prerolls and concentrates under supervision.

· Conduct quality control checks and document packaging data as instructed.

· Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace including use of cleaning logs.

· Organize workstations and materials for efficient production flow.

· Restock packaging supplies as needed.

· Support senior team members as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

· Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check in accordance with the Cannabis Control Board.

· Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

· Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

· Positive attitude and reliability.
