Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver at Satori, you will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers in compliance with local and state regulations. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Product Delivery:

· Safely and efficiently transport cannabis products from the dispensary to customers' designated locations.

· Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Route Planning:

· Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.

· Utilize GPS and other navigation tools to navigate routes effectively.

Customer Interactions:

· Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

· Collect payments, if required, and issue receipts as needed.

· Engagement with dispensary owners & bud tenders to promote new products and strains.

· Collect information from dispensary owners & bud tenders on market trends, i.e., what products are selling and in high demand.

Compliance:

· Adhere to all local and state regulations governing cannabis product delivery.

· Verify customer age and identification as required by regulations.

Vehicle Maintenance:

· Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.

· Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.

Record Keeping:

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, customer signatures, and any relevant information.

· Collaborate with the dispensary team to update inventory records.

Safety:

· Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure a safe and secure delivery process.

· Report any accidents, incidents, or traffic violations to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

· Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check in accordance with the Cannabis Control Board.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

· Proven experience as a Delivery Driver, preferably in the cannabis industry.

· Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to handle cannabis products responsibly and in compliance with regulations.
