We are seeking an experienced o9 Supply Chain Planner with strong functional knowledge of supply chain planning and hands-on experience working with the o9 platform. The candidate will execute planning cycles, analyze demand and supply scenarios, resolve planning exceptions, and support effective business planning decisions.

The candidate will execute planning cycles, analyze demand and supply scenarios, resolve planning exceptions, and support effective business planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support planning activities across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, and related processes.
- Manage day-to-day planning cycles and ensure timely completion of planning activities.
- Analyze demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and production constraints to identify risks and opportunities.
- Review exceptions, alerts, shortages, excess inventory, and capacity constraints; recommend corrective actions.
- Perform what-if and scenario analysis to evaluate demand and supply situations.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and improve planning processes.
- Support planners during active planning cycles and resolve functional or process-related issues.
- Monitor planning KPIs and provide actionable insights; validate planning outputs and data consistency.
- Collaborate with o9 functional, configuration, and technical teams on enhancements and issue resolution.
- Support UAT, business validation, go-live, stabilization, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain planning.
- Strong functional understanding of demand, supply, inventory, production/capacity planning, and S&OP/IBP.
- Hands-on experience working with o9 Solutions.
- Understanding of planning models, measures, dimensions, hierarchies, dashboards, and workflows.
- Experience analyzing supply-demand imbalances and planning exceptions.
- Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, analytical skills, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, or Anaplan in addition to o9.
- Basic SQL/data-analysis knowledge.
- Experience in CPG, retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, life sciences, or consumer products.
- Exposure to Agile delivery and production support.
