Contract Opportunity: Supply Chain SOP & Documentation Specialist | Central NJ (Hybrid)
I’m working with a pharma company in Central NJ that needs an experienced supply chain professional to join on contract, starting immediately.
The work is focused on getting distribution and logistics procedures documented, mapped, and formally approved.
What you’d be doing:
- Writing and revising SOPs and managing them through review and sign-off
- Building process flow maps (Visio, Word, or Excel) that tie back to the SOPs
- Maintaining version control across physical and electronic documentation
- Routing documents through systems like Veeva
- Coordinating with Logistics, Quality, IT, and Finance to get things approved
What they’re looking for:
- 7–10 years of pharma experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or distribution
- Strong SOP writing and document control experience in a GxP environment
- Hands-on experience with Veeva or a similar document management system

- 3-month contract with potential to extend
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote
