This is a full-time, on-site role at Satco's Boca Raton, FL location. The Inside Sales Support Representative will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products. The role includes providing support to the sales team, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, preparing quotations, and addressing customer concerns to ensure exceptional service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer interactions
- Ability to manage orders, utilize CRM or order processing systems, and ensure accurate documentation
- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently
