What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Line Cook position at Sassy's Bar and Grille?

Line cook needed. $18-20hr. Must have experience in actual restaurant or bar. Not fast food. You will be doing normal cook things for this job. Such as cooking food to order, prepping, cleaning, dishwashing and some mopping. We follow all safety guidelines. ServeSafe is a bonus but not required to start. Generally this position works by themselves, so you need to be able to handle orders on your own. If it is a busy night, there may be a second person on with you. I encourage any ideas for food specials you may have. Must have a positive attitude and flexible on shifts. Hours may range from 20-25.
