What You’ll Do
- Generate New Business: Prospect and secure new accounts through outreach, networking, social media, associations, and professional events.
- Rekindle Dormant Accounts: Re-engage clients who haven’t placed job orders in six months or more.
- Expand Relationships: Connect with new hiring managers inside existing accounts to drive growth from within.
- Nurture Active Clients: Strengthen partnerships with current clients to ensure our organization is always top of mind.
- Leverage Referral Sources: Maximize opportunities through our referral network while maintaining accountability for self-driven activity.
- Drive the Sales Process: Own negotiations, contracts, and renewals while ensuring smooth handoff of job orders to delivery teams, proactively identifying and implementing process efficiencies where possible.
- Fuel Pipeline Growth: Consistently source, track, and advance opportunities that lead directly to revenue.
- Collaborate with Delivery Teams: Partner with Relationship Managers and Recruiters to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Represent Our Organization Professionally: At all times, promote a positive, efficient, and capable demeanor, internally and externally, as a client-facing representative of the company.

Your Experience
- Prior experience as an Account Manager, Key Accounts Manager, Sales Manager, or other relevant sales role.
- A proven history of account management and revenue generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ease presenting to key client stakeholders, including C-level and executive management.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking and Vendor Management Systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience leveraging AI tools to enhance sales practices.
