Job Description
We are a fast-growing local solar panel cleaning company serving the Inland Empire (Yucaipa, Redlands, Calimesa, Beaumont and surrounding areas). We specialize in professional solar panel cleaning that helps homeowners restore efficiency lost to dust, pollen, and bird droppings — a big need in our hot, dusty climate.
We’re looking for reliable, full-time Door to Door Canvassers / Appointment Setters to help us book jobs directly in residential neighborhoods. This is an outdoor, field-based sales role where you will knock on doors, talk to homeowners who have solar panels, offer free on-site inspections/quotes, and book cleaning appointments.
This is not a desk or inside sales job. You will be on your feet walking neighborhoods most of the day in all weather conditions. The work is performance-driven — the more consistent and professional you are, the more money you make.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods with high solar panel density
- Use our proven script to explain the benefits of professional solar cleaning (efficiency gains, safe pure-water methods, protecting their investment)
- Offer free inspections and provide on-the-spot quotes
- Book jobs and collect basic customer information
- Leave professional door hangers on homes when no one answers
- Hit daily and weekly booking targets to recieve BONUS!
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Compensation & Schedule:
- Base pay: $15–20 per hour (depending on experience)
- Commission: per job you personally book and that gets completed up to 40%
- Weekly performance bonuses for hitting booking goals
- Retention bonuses after 30 and 60 days of consistent work
- Full-time schedule: Typically 5–6 days per week, 5–6 hours of active knocking per day
- Paid training daily team huddles to track your numbers and improve

Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation (you need to drive to different neighborhoods daily)
- Full-time availability and a strong work ethic — this is not a part-time or “when I feel like it” role
- Comfortable with outdoor work in heat and all weather
- Good communication skills and ability to handle rejection professionally (door knocking is not for everyone)
- Previous door-to-door, sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a big plus but not required
- Must complete a paid trial day knocking with us before final hiring decision
