Position Overview
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will educate homeowners and residents about available telecommunications services through face-to-face, door-to-door marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Primary Activities
- Customer acquisition through door-to-door canvassing.
- Introduce customers to internet, television, mobility, and home security solutions.
- Explain available promotions and product options.
- Submit completed customer applications through approved sales platforms.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent MTC CONNECT with integrity.
- Deliver a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Smartphone or tablet required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required. Initial product orientation and ongoing sales resources are provided.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
