What You’ll Be Doing
As our next Packer (2nd Shift), you will be at the center of keeping things moving, responsible for packing and moving finished products that support customers and operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring products flow accurately, efficiently, and on time for our customers.
- Responsible for packaging and labeling products according to production schedule.
- Verify documentation and quality of product before final packaging.
- Work according to safety regulations at all times and reports unsafe conditions immediately to lead person.
- Operate robot, pallet jack, and other electronic machinery as necessary.
- Cleanliness and organization matter, maintaining a safe and orderly workspace through daily upkeep
- Safety is always top of mind, following all guidelines and reporting any concerns immediately
- You are willing to step in and support troubleshooting efforts, including assisting with equipment in the high-bay area when needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- You are known for reliability, dependability, and taking ownership of your work
- Attention to detail is one of your strengths, especially when handling product accuracy and documentation
- You are comfortable being on your feet standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift
- You bring a hands-on mindset, using tools and equipment safely and effectively
Requirements
- Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30PM - 11:00PM, Monday-Friday/Some Saturdays)
- Physically able of lifting up to 25 lbs. (regularly) and 50 lbs. (occasionally)
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and moderate noise
- Adaptable and safety-conscious, with the ability to work at heights using proper equipment when needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in various environments for extended periods
