We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist in the daily operation of our culinary department. This position will oversee two dining venues, a bar and cocktail service.
Essential Functions
- Operate point of sale system and make accurate cash and financial transactions.
- Prepare all settlement paperwork at the end of shifts.
- Accurately records all Food & Beverage revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, and complimentary and coupon settlements.
- Serve menu items in predetermined portions.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and act as a runner to replenish the line as needed.
- Prepare inventory and provides accurate stocking levels.
- Ensure work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Department of Health.
- Monitors Alcohol consumption and adheres to company policy and state law.
- Relays guest compliments and complaints to F&B Managers and Supervisors.
- Assist team members in serving guests as needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have at least one (1) year of restaurant leadership experience.
- Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
- Able to work flexible schedules on the needs of the business and work weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate gaming license through PA Gaming Commission Board.
- This position will require the ability to occasionally lift 30 pounds and frequently stand and walk for long periods of time.

Salary : $39,000 - $48,000
