- Shift Lead in the food and beverage department, including fast casual cafe, barista, and pizza preparations
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Monitor cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and security
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen and dining environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of bussing, food preparation, restaurant operations, and kitchen management
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
