What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Energy: Oversee daily front-of-house operations for both Northland Bowl and The Arena Bar & Grill, ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing events, parties, and special promotions to keep our entertainment calendar exciting and fresh.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule front-of-house team members while fostering a positive, team-focused environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Set the tone for exceptional guest interactions, handling escalations professionally and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budgets, inventory control, and cost management to support operational efficiency and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or entertainment management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team in a high-energy setting.
