Job Summary
Facilitates the development and completion of activities of the Financial Planning & Analysis department, including long term financial planning, financial proformas, and special finance-related projects and analysis functions for the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, comprised of the Sarasota County Public Hospital District, its affiliates and other related entities. Assists with successful completion of division projects and responsibilities in support of organizational goals. Assists with the investigation and resolution of various data and reporting issues. Generates reasonableness review, hindsight, other analyses, and ad hoc reports for all Healthcare System units as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Require a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or relevant field of study.
- Require a minimum of three (3) years of financial/analytical responsibilities experience, preferably at a medium or large healthcare organization.
- Prefer competency in finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical techniques.
- Prefer demonstrated computer skills including spreadsheet programs, word processing, database programs, Power BI, and various Microsoft applications along with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems.
- Prefer proficiency in time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of duties.
- Prefer the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, take initiative, work as a team member, and work under pressure.
- Prefer experience in the coordination of clinical/financial analysis in a decision support environment.
