As an End User Services Engineer at this hedge fund, you will support traders, researchers, and senior leaders in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting where performance, precision, and responsiveness matter every single day. This is not a back-office IT role, as you’ll be on the front lines, delivering true white-glove support to highly technical users who expect excellence.
In this role, you’ll drive end-user technology across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, and market data issues, and support AV and conferencing systems in high-visibility environments. You’ll manage onboarding and access, support VDI for secure remote work, document solutions through an ITSM platform, and continuously look for ways to automate and improve workflows with PowerShell.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside the end user services leadership to build out the support function from scratch and also contributing to project-based work.
You will have previous experience supporting environments in financial services (or similarly demanding settings), strong troubleshooting instincts, and the communication skills to work directly with traders and executives. You will likely also have 1-4 years of experience.
