You're the person who turns what actually works in live enterprise AI into a product people depend on.
This is a founder-led AI firm operating as the execution layer for enterprise AI transformation. That means you're not advising from the sidelines. You're inside the machine, working directly with Engineering and Applied Deployment to ship things that hold up in production.
You take the messiest and most valuable signal in the company, what's working in real enterprise deployments, and convert it into productized capabilities that teams actually adopt. Not features that get announced. Products that get used.
Your scoreboard is usage and outcomes. You own the full product lifecycle and you're comfortable making hard calls when demands compete. You write PRDs, roadmaps, and specs that are crisp enough that no one needs a follow-up meeting to understand what you meant.
You understand evaluation, observability, governance, and model lifecycle. You know what production readiness actually means because reliability, security, cost, and maintainability are not things you trade away to hit a deadline.
You've owned product for B2B infrastructure or platform products before, the kind with real, sustained adoption across multiple teams. You've also done the work of taking delivery learnings and turning them into something repeatable and scalable.
