Customer Service Representative

Looking for a steady customer service opportunity with daytime hours? Sapphire Recruitment is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join an established Syracuse-area company.

Schedule & Pay

• $18.00/hour
• Full-time
• 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Schedule includes one weekend day each week
• Open availability is strongly preferred

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with service requests, questions, and concerns
• Research issues and provide timely, accurate solutions
• Process billing and payment information
• Prepare and distribute routine reports
• Support inside sales activities and customer needs
• Maintain accurate customer and account information

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer and data-entry skills
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
