What You’ll Do

• Perform mechanical and electrical component testing
• Conduct verification and qualification testing, including insulation resistance, dielectric strength, partial discharge, and end-of-life/degradation testing
• Develop, update, and maintain test procedures
• Analyze test data and identify performance or failure trends
• Prepare clear technical reports, engineering memos, and test documentation
• Support failure analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving efforts
• Maintain complete and accurate records of testing activities and results

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 2 years of Test, Validation, or similar engineering experience
• Strong understanding of electrical principles involving high-voltage and high-current systems
• Experience with EIA-364, DO-160, EN2591, or similar testing standards preferred
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings clearly
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
