We are seeking an energetic individuals for either our Customer Service and / or Sales Representative roles to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional customer service while actively engaging in sales activities. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build strong client relationships will drive success and help us grow our customer base.
Duties
- Engage with customers in remote or outside sales settings to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct negotiations to close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing transactions, updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and maintaining accurate records.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products such as health, life, property casualty, or commercial insurance.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, product features, and market trends to provide accurate information and compliant advice.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
