The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial Credit Analysis
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and borrower performance
- Identify trends and assess credit risk across commercial relationships
- Prepare clear, well-supported credit recommendations
- Complete annual credit reviews in a timely manner
Underwriting & Risk Support
- Support credit decisions aligned with internal policies and risk tolerance
- Assist with complex or higher-risk credit evaluations
- Provide secondary review and analytical support as needed
Portfolio Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor portfolio health, including risk ratings, concentrations, and exceptions
- Support stress testing and scenario analysis
- Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards
Systems & Process Improvement
- Work within commercial underwriting and financial spreading tools
- Assist with system enhancements, testing, and workflow improvements
- Help drive consistency and efficiency across credit processes
Compliance & Data Integrity
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of credit and portfolio data
- Support audits, reviews, and regulatory examinations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Credit, Lending, Risk, and IT teams
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, or banking
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis
- Ability to assess risk and make sound, data-driven recommendations
- Experience with credit systems, financial spreading tools, or reporting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
