Client Delivery Coordinator, Marketing Services

About the Role

You’ll help our clients achieve measurable outcomes, you’ll work with a dedicated portfolio of clients to execute their marketing services campaigns and engage SAPinsider members.

In the role you will work with clients to deliver lead generation programs, event sponsorships, webinars, membership services, directory marketing services, digital marketing services, content publishing services, and display advertising services.

This is an ideal role for a creative early-career marketing or business professional eager to grow in digital content, technology marketing campaigns and multimedia production while shaping the future of ERP vendor marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Work with clients from kick off throughout the delivery of their marketing campaigns.
• Build digital showcases on the SAPinsider website for each client including content tagging, display advertising, lead generation and performance insights dashboard integration.
• Deliver webinar campaigns, content posting and moderate the webinars for clients.
• Deliver email campaigns for clients to targeted SAPinsider member audiences.
• Review performance metrics including impressions and leads generated with clients each week assuring client delivery quality.
• Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly client delivery meetings with each client.
• Manage client delivery in the SAPinsider project management tool Click Up.
• Attend SAPinsider global events and summits working with your client sponsors.

What You Bring

• A passion for technology marketing campaigns – whether in events, websites, video, webinars, writing, or audio.
• Strong digital content management experience with familiarity using HTML to post content on websites.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and email campaigns.
• Experience with delivering webinars.
• Familiarity with tools like:
• CMS – ideally Wordpress or similar HTML platform
• Sales management systems with strong preference to SFDC
• Project management tools like Click Up, Smart Sheets or other
• Email campaign management systems like Hubspot, SFDC Marketing Cloud
• Webinar systems like Zoom, Webex or other
• Social media marketing – Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube
• Powerpoint, Word and Excel
• Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
• Descript or Audacity (podcast/audio editing)
• A basic understanding of SEO and social platforms.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment and learn.
• Experience with content creation or social media is a plus, but we value motivation and ideas matter over a perfect CV.
