This isn’t a technical role—but it is a highly organized, people-centered one. You’ll orchestrate multiple moving pieces, keep everyone (including customers) on track, and ensure every implementation runs smoothly from kickoff to launch.
Salary is 110k-120

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Deployment Specialists responsible for university onboarding.
- Oversee multiple concurrent deployment projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Act as the point person for internal stakeholders, helping to prioritize resources and remove roadblocks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Track project progress and metrics, using data to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Standardize best practices, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement across the deployment function.
- Build trusted relationships with university partners and ensure their onboarding experience sets them up for long-term success.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or higher education.
- 2 years of people management experience with a knack for mentoring and motivating teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re the person who keeps everyone calm, informed, and on schedule.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with grace and accountability.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days look quite the same.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with the higher ed landscape or experience working with universities.
