Sany Nutrition LLC is implementing Augmentir, an AI-powered connected worker platform, to improve safety, quality, and productivity across our frontline operations. We're hiring a Platform Administrator / Integration Engineer to own the technical implementation, system integrations, and ongoing administration of the platform.

Role:

This person is our technical owner of the Augmentir platform. They lead the implementation from kickoff through go-live, then run it day-to-day: configuring digital workflows, building and maintaining integrations with our other business systems, managing users and devices, and using platform data and APIs to keep the system running well and reporting up to leadership. This role blends system administration, integration development, and process improvement. It works closely with IT, operations, and quality, and is the internal technical counterpart to Augmentir's implementation and support teams, translating our business requirements into technical specs and working with Augmentir on more complex integration builds.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Own the technical implementation project plan: environment setup, user provisioning, device rollout, and site sequencing
• Configure the platform (workflow builder, forms, user roles and permissions, notifications) and manage ongoing changes as processes evolve
• Translate business requirements from operations, quality, and IT stakeholders into clear technical specifications for platform configuration and integrations
• Build and maintain integrations between Augmentir and our other business systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, QMS, SSO/identity) using Augmentir's REST APIs and webhooks
• Write and maintain custom JavaScript for platform-specific logic, calculated fields, connectors, and workflow automation
• Administer wearable and mobile devices (e.g., RealWear, tablets), including provisioning, updates, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Set up and maintain dashboards and reports on usage, adoption, quality/safety findings, and process KPIs; pull data via API for reporting into other systems as needed
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact with Augmentir's Implementation and Support teams; log, troubleshoot, and track technical support cases, and partner with their engineers on more complex integration work
• Manage data hygiene, security/access controls, and change management for platform updates
• Document integrations and workflows, and train frontline workers, supervisors, and site leaders on the platform

Experience and Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a systems administration, integration development, IT, or industrial engineering/manufacturing IT role
• Hands-on experience developing with JavaScript and calling/consuming REST APIs; comfortable building and maintaining integrations or "connectors" between systems
• Experience configuring or administering a SaaS platform (workflow, MES, QMS, EHS, or similar), including user management and integrations
• Familiarity with manufacturing/industrial systems such as ERP, MES, or SCADA, and how data flows between them
• Comfortable troubleshooting mobile apps, browser applications, and connected devices
• Strong communicator who can translate between technical work and frontline/operations needs, including gathering requirements directly from stakeholders
• Organized and self-directed, comfortable owning a multi-site technical rollout and managing project timelines and deliverables
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Nice to have: experience with SSO/identity providers, webhook-based integrations, or middleware/iPaaS tools
• Nice to have: background in continuous improvement, quality, or EHS, in addition to the technical skill set
• This role can be based on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on the scope of the rollout, with occasional travel to frontline sites as needed
