SANY America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator (Contract) to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. This contract position is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding activities, coordinating HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Own the New Hire Onboarding & Orientation program, including new hire communications, paperwork, and training.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files electronically.
- Update and maintain employee information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Conduct regular audits of personnel files and HR documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Support recruiting activities as needed during high-volume hiring periods.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, changing environments, and direct or indirect reporting to a range of functional area leaders within HR.
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources administrative experience.
- Experience maintaining confidential employee records.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
