About The Role
As part of the Americas team, SANY Capital USA is seeking highly detailed, seasoned Credit Manager with minimum 3-5 years of experience (knowledge of dealer floorplan/construction equipment financing and experience with nCino preferable).This role will perform full underwriting of entities and guarantors, analyze credit data and financial information of persons or companies applying for credit or loans to determine the risk to Sany Capital USA or other credit-granting institutions, and complete detailed credit memos and approvals. Financial/Credit Underwriter/Analyst will own the credit management system and control the overall risk of the Department. This role will require someone who is professional, self-assured and knowledgeable about complex aspects of the credit process. In this role, accountability is crucial, as this person will determine and decision critical credit actions.
With deep investment and backing from SANY Group, the Americas business continues to grow rapidly, and this role is critical to delivering competitive, customer-focused products that support long-term market expansion.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase market share.

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. It will include a base salary and an annual performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Extensive understanding of complex corporate structures and ability to identify creative ways to construct credit approvals, including guarantor relationships (personal and corporate).
- Ability to review and parse organizational corporate documents, including confirmation of good standing with applicable Secretary of State for entity.
- Ability to perform complex credit analysis and financial spreading (for entity and any guarantors) and interpret results in written summary (detailing key financial factors and performance).
- Full underwriting of new prospective dealers, including determining credit risk, risk rating and viable credit limit as well as how to structure approval.
- Credit review and approvals for Direct Customers of parent company.
- Manage the commercial loan portfolio (dealer floor plan financing lines of credit), which includes renewal of maturing loans and lines of credit, quarterly and annual reviews, including updated risk ratings and completion of credit memos.
- Ability to review and underwrite credit limit modifications.
- Credit holds - decisioning when to place holds and reviewing manual holds to determine if release is appropriate.
- Extensively working with retail finance partners to negotiate quarterly programs and rates and prepare updated Riders.
- Covenant tracking, including collection of valid insurance policies.
- Reviewing and analyzing credit requests to determine financial and non-financial strengths, risk levels, and feasibility of proposed credit relationships and transactions.
- Analyzing and communicating financial condition and performance (historic, current and projected) of proposed and existing customers.
- Evaluating trends in customer data to promptly identify and report areas of concern and/or potential problem loan, determining courses of action to mitigate identified risks and/or concerns.
- Extensive communication with dealers on financial data collection, viable options for problem loans, modifications on existing loans, etc.
- Full maintenance and implementation of credit system (nCino) updates/changes.
- Own the credit system reporting process to include weekly reporting, system updates and data syncing reporting.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, processes, company practices, guidelines, expectations, laws and regulations and stay abreast of new commercial lending developments and changing government regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective work relationships at all levels of the organization by participating and contributing to a positive work environment that exhibits courteous, respectful and professional behavior.
- Demonstrate consistent professional appearance, image, ethics, integrity, demeanor, and represent the Sany brand.
- Minimum three to five years of commercial underwriting experience in banking, commercial finance, and/or captive finance environment; understanding of equipment manufacturer dealer floor plan financing a plus.
- Overall knowledge of commercial loan underwriting (and full commercial lending process), complex corporate structures and sound understanding of credit worthiness.
- High level of credit underwriting experience and extensive knowledge of reviewing, spreading, analyzing and interpreting financial data and decisioning credit limits and risk assessments.
- High level decision making and accountability and ability to effectively communicate with dealer principles and internal executives
- Ability to propose risk mitigation plans of action
- Ability to work in ad hoc environment/situations/project.
- Very strong Microsoft Excel (formulas, graphs, spreadsheets, pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.); experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to calculate figures, amounts, ratios, formulas, compute interest, discounts, fees, etc.
- Working experience with nCino and/or Salesforce, a plus.
- Effective written communication which includes the ability to query reports, create reports and letters.
- Time management skills with the ability to plan, create, maintain and resolve open issues, analyze workflow, demonstrate sense of urgency and set priorities to meet deadlines.
