This role is responsible for leading daily operations in the seafood cutting room, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and adherence to food safety standards.

Schedule: Sunday - Friday from 2pm-10:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee seafood cutting operations to meet production targets and quality standards
- Monitor and manage yields to reduce waste and maximize efficiency
- Maintain inventory control of raw materials and finished goods
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules
- Train, supervise, and support production team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
- Conduct quality inspections and address product issues promptly
- Maintain accurate production, yield, and inventory records
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product flow
