What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fish Cutter/Packer position at Santa Monica Seafood Company?
Schedule: 2pm - 10:30pm up to 6 days a week (Saturday off)
Pay Rate: $22 - $25/ hour DOE with great benefits!!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Packaging and labeling fish products according to company specifications
• Maintaining product quality and food safety standards during production
• Working in a refrigerated production environment
• Preparing finished products for shipment and distribution
• Assisting with product handling, sorting, and packing operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Following all safety procedures, GMPs, and company policies
• Supporting production efficiency and meeting daily production goals

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
