Salary Range: $17.81 to $18 per hour (DOE) Tips
Santa Monica Seafood is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Bussers to support our dynamic Café team in Santa Monica. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. What You’ll Do
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining clean, organized tables and ensuring water levels and table settings are refreshed promptly.
- Support the service team by setting up and replenishing condiment stations, trash containers, and maintaining a sanitary bussing station.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with servers and management to ensure guest needs are met quickly and professionally.
- Assist with proper setup and breakdown of the bus station and complete side work responsibilities.
- Help with polishing and stocking service tools (silverware, glassware, plates) and maintain cleanliness in all service areas.
- Assist with the host station at times

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per shift).
- Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 30 lbs (such as trays, dishes, and supplies).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with continuous movement.
- Ability to reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions as needed for cleaning and resetting tables.
- Comfortable working in a Market/Cafe: cold, wet, or hot, and refrigerated environments, noise can be moderate.
