Welcome to the Santa Maria-Bonita School District website. We are the largest school district in Santa Barbara County with about 17,500 pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade students. In the heart of the coastal agricultural area, we celebrate our families and the support they provide to the students of the District. Required Certificates: Valid California Career Technical Education (CTE) Credential in the appropriate industry sector (e.g., Engineering and Architecture). Preliminary or Clear Single Subjects Credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). (e.g., in Mathematics, Science, or Industrial and Technology Education) Additional Materials: Resume Copies of transcripts verifying any industry-related education or certification. Letters of recommendation.
